reviews - bed and breakfast b&b AM/PM brugge
“Kind hosts and clean room”
Visiting Bruges for 2 nights we stayed in this great little B&B. Check in was a breeze, the hosts were not there but they had emailed us the door code so we could make ourselves at home. We were able to park out front to unload luggage upon arrival. Parking was not permitted onsite but we were able to park at the train station for 3.50 euro per 24 hours and the walk back to the B&B was about 10 minutes. The rooms were very clean and modern. We had a private bathroom and doors that opened to the outside for fresh air. The hosts provided kettle and tea etc in the room. Breakfast was plentiful included hot croissants, cereals, fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, cheese, juice, fresh coffee, and sweets. Tiny was a lovely host and provided us with a map and a great walking tour to see all the important sites of Bruges. The B&B is just outside the old city walls and is about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The house is inside a park which provides a peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Bruges and credit Tiny's advice and walking tour information. Would recommend AM/PM B&B.
“I do recommend”
Coming from my tiny room in London, I can only say that I had an enjoyable stay here and Kevin and Tiny were excellent hosts. The rooms are quite big and very clean and of an interesting architecture - good job Kevin! he B&B is within walking distance of the town Centre, situated in a cozy and quiet location. I definitely recommend AM/PM to anybody in search of a more than decent lodging. It is an amazing place to stay.
"I strongly advise"
B & B close to everything on foot, 10 minutes from the railway station (parking € 3.5 / 24), 10 minutes from the center and all this in a quiet area.
The house and the rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated.
The owners are lovely, very friendly.
PS: breakfast is varied and plentiful!
"B & B quiet and welcoming"
Just next to a cute little channel it's just 10 minutes from the city center, the place is perfect for a little romantic getaway!
Very good welcome from hosts that do not hesitate to speak with you at breakfast and advise the best places in town!
The room is comfortable with all you need, tea or coffee, the bathroom is top too with towels and shower gel / shampoo provided. There are also several city guides to perfect your stay!
B & B AM/PM is perfect for a young couple who wants a quiet, pretty place but does not want to spend too much money!
“Great visit, Architecturally interesting townhouse!”

I had a lovely visit at Kevin and Tiny's townhome B&B in Bruges. The place itself is no more than 12 minutes from the center of Bruges, Markt. Kevin helpfully gave me a map with a hand-drawn guide of which streets to use to find the sights. It was excellent advice as instead of depositing me instantly in Markt, I was able to first see some of the lest over-run tourist sights. A great continental breakfast and comfortable bed topped it off. I highly recommend their B&B!
“Do stay here!”

Just spent two nights at Kevin and Tiny's B&B AM/PM with another couple. We both enjoyed our visit very much! Ultra modern decor and space with giant windows that open --looking out onto lazy river with lovely foliage so no need to ever pull the curtains. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful and even called restaurant to make reservations for us and it was amazing with lots of vegetarian options. Breakfast was perfect---many choices and nice fresh bread and fruit. They don't serve meat or have TV but that suited us perfectly. On our last morning (Sunday) was a giant flea market that we could have wandered for hours with tons of antiques!! We highly recommend this little gem!!

I'm not sure there are many hotels in the world where you can happily chat about niche British bands with the owner. I certainly didn't expect it to happen in Bruges! (I can't say what band it was as Trip Advisor say this is a family friendly website and rejected my original review because of it. Oh, the humanity!)
But you don't need to know anything about music to stay there. That's just an example of how welcome and comfortable were made to feel while staying there. Kevin and Tiny are wonderful hosts and the rooms are straight out of the future. It's unbelievably good value.
My partner chose this B&B as part of my birthday present to Bruges and I can honestly say it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. Admittedly, we were lucky and had a four days of straight sunshine which bathed the room and balcony in light. The hotel is in a perfect location, not bang in the middle of the city but maybe 5-10 minutes walk.
Would absolutely recommend it and we will be staying there again on our next visit.
